P-38 Lightning and F4U Corsair Flying Together In French Airshow [VIDEO]

To a flying buff like myself, this kind of in-flight cockpit video footage is simply the stuff dreams are made of.

I was bitten by the flying bug many years ago at a Wings Over Houston airshow. So when I had a chance to fly in a B-17 Flying Fortress as a member of the press, I did, and it was awesome!

Due to life getting in the way I've never been able to finish getting my pilot's license. It's an expensive hobby you know. Maybe someday. For now I just have to take my opportunities when they come along. Then there are videos like this, the kind that give way to fantasies that may or may not ever be achieved, but dreams nonetheless that can never be allowed to die.
