Donating items to your local Goodwill store is, well, a good thing to do. But, don't make the mistake an elderly man in Illinois made when donating his old suits to charity.

The 80 year old do-gooder didn't trust banks, so he kept his life savings of $13,000.00 sewn inside the lining in one of his suits. Which, just so happened to be one of the suits he donated to his local Goodwill.

He's currently appealing for someone to return the money so he can care for his terminally ill wife. His daughter has put up a $1000.00 reward. So far, nobody has come forth with the money and the Goodwill where he donated the suit has been unable to locate it.
