Randy, Maybe it’s Time to Admit You Have a Problem

Country Music Hall of Famer Randy Travis is in trouble with the law again. This time, he's facing more than just public intoxication charges.

Travis was arrested last night in Tioga, Texas after being involved in a one vehicle accident. He was booked into the Grayson County Jail around 5am this morning. He's been charged with DWI and for retaliation or obstruction. According to TMZ, he threatened to shoot and kill the troopers working the case.

The singer was naked when arrested and rode to the police station that way. Once at the station officers gave him a shirt to put on for his mug shot and a paper suit to cover himself up with.

Earlier this year Travis was arrested for public intoxication after a fight with his girlfriend.
