Baseball season is now in full swing!

After getting pounded in game one, the Texas Rangers roared back to take the opening series over the Astros in Houston. The Rangers won game two of the series behind the near perfect pitching of Yu Darvish, who came within one out of pitching a perfect game.

The Rangers also shut out the Astros yesterday 4-0 to take the series 2-1. It is the beginning of what should be a long rivalry between the two teams now that they are both in the American League West.

Texas looks like they may have plenty of pitching, but perhaps not as much offensive power as in recent years. As for Houston, the Astros are still very young and likely to struggle again this year.
