Really? Pollen? Already?

Everyone knows the seasons have been a little "off" lately, seems to be about four weeks off actually. Well, spring is apparently here whether we're ready for it or not.

We just went through a really mild winter. Before that a very wet fall and and a pretty mild summer. I don't know if we're in an El Nino or El Nina but the weather patterns have been out of our "normal" for a couple of years now. But when I shot this video, it was Tuesday, March 15, 2016. Sunny with a high of 88 was the weatherman's (J-Dub's) forecast that day. I think we hit 86 for the official high at the airport.

I know you've noticed that the pollen is building up on our cars and trucks already. This is looking like it just might be a nasty allergy season. I'm kinda lucky when it comes to that. Pollen doesn't usually affect me that bad, but for my morning show partner, Lisa, it does. So if you hear some sneezing and wheezing going on for the next several weeks, you'll know why.
