Salvation Army Family Store Re-Grand Opening [PHOTOS]

The Salvation Army Family Store on Walton Drive had it's grand re-opening over the weekend and it was a great success!

I found a few treasures myself!

I've always known that the Salvation Army does wonderful things and helps people in need, but I didn't realize they have been serving the Texarkana area since 1896!

They serve hot meals to anyone in need every day, they also give housing assistance, counseling, back to work programs and they are there when disaster strikes. Not only that they also give assistance during the Christmas season with The Angel Tree program which provides gifts for children and seniors.
