Saudi Arabian Woman Protests Ban on Women Driving [VIDEO]

A woman in Saudi Arabia was arrested for driving! Yes, there is a ban on women driving there, even foreign women!

Manal al-Sherif was released after signing a document saying she would not drive again. This past weekend she was out driving again and posted a video her brother took of her driving. She was arrested again and is now being held for 5 days while her case is being investigated.

I don't know about you, but this kind of thing really riles me up! Women aren't allowed to drive so guess what, they have to depend on men for everything. Want to go to the grocery store, to a college class or to work? Better hire a driver or get your father, husband or brother to drive you.

This woman is a trail blazer for women's rights in Saudi Arabia, and all I can say is "YOU GO GIRL!!"
