Here's something cool! Yes, dogs and cats are different, but they have something in common. The way they drink water. Backwards!  

Check out these 2 videos of a cat and a dog drinking water in slow motion.

Even though a cat's tongue has tiny barbs on it (ever notice how rough a cat's tongue is compared to a dog's?) to catch water. Both dogs and cats drink the same way.

Their tongues scoop backward to make a ladle so they can spoon the water into their mouths.

The weird thing is, these videos are kinda hypnotizing!
