So what are the networks going to fill these empty slots with?

NBC New Shows

NBC won't officially announce their schedule for next season until later today, "Community" will be coming back for a fifth season. The network picked up a new season of "Parks and Recreation," which joins previously renewed shows "Parenthood," "Grimm," "Law & Order: SVU" and freshmen series "Chicago Fire" and "Revolution." The network also gave series orders to Jason Katims' "About a Boy," J.J. Abrams' "Believe," "Crisis," "The Family Guide" starring Parker Posey, and Sean Hayes' "Sean Saves the World."

ABC New Shows

ABC has released a teaser for their upcoming "Avengers" related series, "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." The show will be on ABC's fall schedule when it's unveiled later today or tomorrow.

ABC has officially renewed nearly a dozen shows for the 2013-14 TV season, including rookie drama "Nashville" and established hits "Grey’s Anatomy," "Scandal," "Revenge," "The Middle," "Modern Family," "Castle" and "Once Upon a Time." Sophomore comedies "Suburgatory" and "Last Man Standing" also have been picked up, as has the freshman series "The Neighbors."

ABC has also picked up a new sitcom called "Super Fun Night" starring REBEL WILSON from "Bridesmaids." It's about three nerdy friends who go on a "fun-comfortable" journey to have a "super fun" time every Friday night.

CBS New Shows

CBS won't officially announce their plans for next season until Wednesday but here is what we know so far on the new stuff. They picked up "Crazy Ones" which is a sitcom starring ROBIN WILLIAMS and SARAH MICHELLE GELLAR. They're playing a father-daughter team who run an advertising agency together.

CBS picked up "We Are Men," a sitcom about "a young guy befriending a group of more experienced men." It stars JERRY O'CONNELL, TONY SHALHOUB from "Monk" and KAL PENN from the "Harold and Kumar" movies.

CBS has been developing a show based on the "Beverly Hills Cop" movies, and because stars EDDIE MURPHY and JUDGE REINHOLD are involved, it seemed like a shoe-in to make the network's schedule next fall. But apparently CBS soured on the project, because they passed on it. The show might still see the light of day because supposedly the producers are shopping it to the other networks.
