Priority registration for the spring 2018 semester at Texas A&M University-Texarkana will open Monday, November 13, and continue through Monday, January 15.

Students should register according to their classifications as follows:

Graduate/Doctoral Students                                                  Nov. 13 to Jan. 15

Seniors (90+ hours)                                                               Nov. 13 to Jan. 15

VA/Athletes/Honors Students                                                Nov. 13 to Jan. 15

Juniors (60-89 hours) and Post Baccalaureate                     Nov. 16 to Jan. 15

Sophomores (30-59 hours)                                                   Nov. 20 to Jan. 15

Freshmen (O-29 hours)                                                         Nov. 27 to Jan. 15

According to a press release, current students should visit with their advisers and then register for spring semester classes online through the Web for Students portal.  The spring 2018 class schedule is available here.

Late registration is January 16-18; however, priority registration is recommended for students to maximize the availability of classes.

A&M-Texarkana offers more than 40 bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate degrees in education, liberal arts, business, health professions, science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

New undergraduate students can find information on admission and apply online at tamut.edu. Students who wish to pursue a graduate degree also should visit the university website for details on Graduate Studies admission.

Students who plan to attend A&M-Texarkana in the spring semester still have time to apply for financial aid and should complete the 2017-18 Free Application for Federal Student Aid online at fafsa.gov.

To schedule an appointment with a financial aid adviser, call (903) 334-6601 at least 24 hours in advance. A financial aid advisor is also available without an appointment Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM on a walk-in basis.
