Stoney Larue Coming to Shooters Nov. 7

Longtime Texas artist Stoney LaRue is coming to Shooters this Friday, Nov. 7 for one big show. The award winning singer-songwriter just released his newest album "Aviator" on Oct. 27 produced by Frank Liddell and Mike McCarthy.In addition to a new album LaRue will be living out one of his lifelong dreams of playing at the Grand Ole Opry on Saturday, November 15. LaRue is also featured in the latest issue of People magazine and has been featured in Rolling Stone, Best in Texas, Country Weekly and more.

LaRue released the lead off single "Golden Shackles" in August that quickly made it into the Top 10 on the Texas Music Chart. LaRue who plays about 200 shows a year continues to sell out at all the venues he appears at. Just last year alone he sold 250,000 tickets.

Stoney LaRue's 2011 self-released album Red Velvet debuted on the iTunes chart at #3 as well as the Top 15 on the Billboard Country Music Chart. Red Velvet was named album of the year along with his Male Vocalist of the Year Award in 2012 from the Texas Regional Radio Music Awards.
