The school season is just about done and if your looking for something the kids might enjoy doing, the Summer Break Days for Kids "History Alive Day Camp" is set for July 30-August 1 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Historic Old Washington State Park.4th through 8th grade students have a unique chance to experience 19th-century life on an up close and personal scale with "History Alive Day Camp Campers who will be immersed in different hands-on activities of the 1800s."

Youth entering grades 4-8 have a unique chance to experience 19th-century life on an up close and personal scale with “History Alive Day Camp Campers will be immersed in different hands-on elements of the 1800s. .”

New this Summer – Build a Birdhouse, Outdoor Adventure at Grandview Prairie, Historic Character Workshop! Each day will have a different theme so you can sign up for one day or multiple days. These programs are by reservation only with a minimum of six required and will be limited to 15. The cost is $30 per day, or with advance payment and registration you can attend three days for $75.
