Native Arkansan Blane Howard of Hot Springs, Arkansas recently came in second place in a singing competition for the website Arkansas.com. The website was holding a contest for singers to write a song about the state of Arkansas in which Blane Howard wrote the song "Arkansas Y'all." Blane stopped by the Kicker studios last week for an interview and to perform the song LIVE.
