The McCurtain County Ducks Unlimited Chapter is having their 2021 DU banquet next Saturday, August 21, at the Museum of the Red River located at 812 E. Lincoln Rd in Idabel, Oklahoma.

Bowie County Emergency Operations Center reports a total of 877 positive COVID-19 cases, with 414 recoveries and 56 deaths. There are currently 407 active cases being traced in Bowie County. Cass County has a total 218 cases with 171 recovered and 9 deaths.  Cass County currently has 38 active cases. Miller County has 541 total cases, 29 active positive cases, 4121 negative results, 507 recovered

Southern Arkansas University, in partnership with the city of Magnolia and Columbia County, has announced the fourth annual Blue & Gold Day on Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2018, from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. on the Magnolia Square.
