Toy and Donation Drive
This first-ever “Festival of Stars” Toy and Donation Drive is Friday, December 15, from 7AM - 6PM. This is being sponsored by Texarkana USA chapter of Circle of Friends for Arkansas Children’s Hospital and will be held simultaneously with all Circle Chapters across the State of Arkansas.
