Meet 'The Dakotas'
The "Dakotas" are Dakota James Stewart and Adrian Berry. On Wednesday, fellow DJ Wes Spicher and I were headed into Whataburger on North State Line Avenue in Texarkana when we noticed two young men outside the restaurant. They noticed the Kicker 102.5 truck and asked if we wanted to hear a song?
We said, "Sure."
