UPDATE: The names of the shooting victims and the suspect in Monday's murder/suicide in the 2500 block of Glendale have been released by the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department.
Bowie County Emergency Operations Center reports 72 new cases since Thursday, November 5, 2020 for a total of 2,225 positive COVID-19 cases, with 87 deaths. The Department of State Health Services is reporting 1,462 recoveries. There are currently 676 active cases in Bowie County.
Cass County added 3 new cases and currently has 581 total, with 485 of those recovered, and 28 fatalities. Cass County

Registration for spring classes at the University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana is open now through January 11, 2019. The college will hold extended hours registration on January 7 and 8 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Classes begin on Wednesday, January 9, 2019.
