One and done... After 35 years in operation, the I-30 Speedway in Little Rock, Arkansas will rumble no more after this weekend.

Question: Oh sure there's plenty of fun scheduled for the end of October, but what can we do at the beginning? Answer: Oktoberfest in DeKalb... and you are welcome.

All four of our Texarkana area teams are in action tonight. PG at Carthage, LE at home vs Van, Arkansas is on the road at Camden, and Texas High is away in Hallsville. Good luck Texarkana teams! The results and standings from the first 3 weeks are below, brought to you by Red River Credit Union:

I have been an Assistant Leader/Committee person in BSA Troop 3 for about six years now and I know how proud I was in 2017 when my son earned his Eagle Scout rank, so I also know exactly how proud five more families are today.

The Rankin College of Business at Southern Arkansas University will sponsor its eighth annual Light for the Fight ceremony on Monday, Oct. 1, beginning at 6:30 p.m. by the fountain at Blanchard Hall (formerly the Business Building).
