Coming up on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, we can all celebrate National Pancake Day if you like, or you can be like me and wait just a few more days and join me at the 2024 Kiwanis Pancake Day at Texarkana College. If you're really into pancakes, you can do both.

It's going on all this week and into the weekend, "Oktoberfest" is on in DeKalb, Texas. Don't miss the pancake breakfast, live music, games, food booths... the list is chock full of fun stuff to do.

It all starts tomorrow and goes all week long through next Saturday. We're talking "Saturday in the Park" and "Oktoberfest" kicks off this weekend with a 5K run at 7AM, softball tournament at 8AM, the pumpkin patch photo booth and much more. Then next weekend there's the pancake breakfast, fish fry, chili cook-off live-music, games, food booths... the list is almost overwhelmin

The Kiwanis club of Texarkana is hosting their 57th Annual Pancake Day this Saturday.

How would you like to eat a great breakfast for a great cause? You can! Whiskey River Harley Davidson in Texarkana is going to have an all you can eat pancake breakfast that will benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Saturday March 21 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The surviving wife of Texarkana, Texas Police Officer William Jason Sprague is putting together a non-profit organization  called the "The Pink Behind the Thin Blue Line". The organization will team up with other police wives to form the new group, whereas their mission is to perform community service in hopes of giving back to the community that our officers serve and protect on a daily
