Texarkana Texas School District

Paul Norton, Superintendent of Schools for Texarkana Independent School District, has been named the Region VIII Education Service Center Superintendent of the Year from a field of 46 school districts within the regional area.

With the forecast showing a possibility of up to four inches of snow overnight, some schools in the Texarkana area will delay the start of school for Wednesday, February 25.
