Arkansas Unemployment Rate for December 2023 Agriculture Production Figures County-by-County Unemployment Rate The unemployment rate for the State of Arkansas had a pretty good year in 2023, the overall statewide rate finished the year at 3.4% in December, almost a full point higher than the lowest rate during the year at 2.6% in July, according to the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics. 

Great news for the State of Texas as the unemployment rate falls to a new record low 3.8 percent during the month of September 2018. Texarkana is still lagging behind though at 5.2 percent which is up from 5.0 during the month of August, and up almost a full point over September of 2017.
