McCurtain County Duck Unlimited Chapter is having their 2017 banquet this Thursday night at 6 PM, September 14, at The Lryic located at 18 South Central in Idabel, Oklahoma.

Honestly, I'm am blessed in so many ways, a family that loves me (go figure), a job I love to do every morning, a great night's sleep thanks to my Serta i-Comfort Sleep System (shameless plug? yeah kinda), but one of the ways I consider myself so blessed is simply how easy it is, and has always been, for me to relax.

It was a fun show last night at the Four States Fairgrounds, I'm talking about the Stars Youth Talent Show. We started with about twenty-five but only thirteen remain for the Thursday night Finals.

Lisa and I were invited out to the Southwest Center on West 7th Street this past Monday night to receive an award from Girl Scout Troop 2388, we said, "okay."
