Talimena Rally Cruisin’ for St. Jude kicks off this Memorial holiday weekend in Texarkana.  And according to Neil Jones who is organizing the event, when I spoke with him on Tuesday he told me they already had well over 250 riders registered for this motorcycle ride. You can still register to be a part of this special ride to Memphis by going by the Arkansas Convention Center beginning at 5 p.m. today (5/22).  All proceeds go to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. Registration is $70 and includes: points run, four meals and access to the band Friday and Saturday night. If you aren’t riding, but still want to show your support come out to enjoy a live band and meal on Friday and Saturday for only $20 each night. Meet and greet is 5 p.m May 22 at the Arkansas Convention Center where you can pick up your packet. Ride thru the hills Friday, May 23 Kickstands up at 8:30, ending with a BBQ dinner and music from Crooked Halo.

The Queen Wilhelmina Ride will take place the following day, May 24 with kickstands up at 8. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided and the music of the Dusty Rose Band to end the day.
