You know a relationship is getting serious when you go to a friend or relatives wedding together, but then get asked to leave? Oops! Taylor Swift and Conor Kennedy did just that over the weekend and they were asked to leave a Kennedy wedding! Double oops!

Now, talking about the Kennedys can get confusing so hold on! It all took place at the wedding of Kyle Kennedy (Conor's cousin) and Liam Kerr. Victoria Gifford Kennedy (mother of the bride and Conor's aunt) was the wife of the late Michael Kennedy, who was the son of Robert F. Kennedy. Man, can I look at a family tree please?

Looks like Conor was invited to the wedding, but he didn't RSVP.

According to the Boston Herald, Victoria Kennedy said:

“They texted me an hour before the wedding and asked if they could come,” Vicki Kennedy said. “I responded with a very clear, ‘Please do not come.’ They came anyway. ... I personally went up to Ms. Swift, whose entrance distracted the entire event, politely introduced myself to her, and asked her as nicely as I could to leave. It was like talking to a ghost. She seemed to look right past me.”

But Swift’s spokeswoman Paula Erikson insisted it was not true.

“There is no truth to that,” she said. “Taylor was invited to the wedding and the bride thanked her profusely for being there.”

Victoria Kennedy said the reason she didn't want Taylor there was because she feared she would  be too much of a distraction. Which of course she was, as Taylor and Conor arrived at the hotel where the reception was being held, fans crowded around for autographs and pictures.
