Texarkana Arkansas City Board of Directors Vote to Re-Hire City Manager Harold Boldt

The Texarkana Arkansas Board of Directors had an emergency meeting this afternoon (9/5) to make a decisions about re-hiring former city manager Harold Boldt. The board voted 4 to 2 in favor of rehiring Mr. Boldt.

Those voting for the return of Harold Boldt - Sue Johnson, Laney Harris, Londell Williams and Mike Jones.

Those voting NOT to re-hire Mr. Boldt - Chad Dowd, and Ruth Penny Davis. Mayor Smith was not present.
