Texarkana Arkansas City Board to Hold Meeting

The Texarkana Arkansas City Board of Directors will hold a regular meeting this evening at city hall.The board will consider a resolution authorizing the city manager to transfer funds in the amount of just under $453,000 from the General Fun Miscellaneous Reserve account back to the Advertising and Promotion fund.

Directors will also consider a resolution identifying funding recommendations for the Dixie Youth AA World Series.

There will also be a closed executive session among other items on the agenda. The public is invited to attend the open portion of tonight's meeting.
