Texarkana Arkansas Seeks Funding for Convention Center/Water Park

The Texarkana Arkansas City Board of Directors will meet this afternoon (Friday) in a special called meeting.The directors will consider adopting a resolution approving the final Arkansas Convention Center/Water Park incentives. They will also consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to seek funding for the complex through Amendment 78 not to exceed $1,063,523.

The meeting is slated for 3:30 p.m. and is open to the public.
