Texarkana Officers Down 5k and Kids Fun Run July 26

Mark your calendars for the Texarkana Officers Down 5k and Kids Fun Run on Saturday, July 26 at Grady T. Wallace Park in the Liberty Eylau area.

The Officers Down 5K Foundation and The Pink Behind The Thin Blue Line will host the Texarkana Officers Down 5K. This event benefits the Officers Down Memorial Page and their mission to honor America's fallen law enforcement. The Officers Down 5K celebrates officers who put their lives on the line daily to keep our communities safe and honor those who have fallen in the line of duty.  A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the William Jason Sprague Memorial Scholarship.

Registration starts at 7:00 - 8:30 am followed by a police procession at 8:45 am with the 5K Race starting immediately after the police procession. Walkers follow behind 5K participants.
