The H1O Foundation Corporation is an organization in Texarkana that helps special needs children. One child at a time.

They start with one special needs child between the ages of newborn to 12 years of age.  The child's need might be something that isn't fully covered by insurance, might not be covered at all or the parents might need financial aid to buy the item.

Currently they are working to help a three year old autistic boy named Noah.  He needs a special car seat, weighted blanket and special canopy bed.

Their website helponecorp.com describes the need as:

Example: A child loves horses but in order to ride, the child requires a therapeutic saddle. The child's insurance covers the part but the out of pocket expense cannot be met by the parent/guardian. Ex... The child is terminal and there is no means to extend life. To ride a horse would surely fulfil the life of this child. So H'O Foundation Corporation helps to locate a saddle within the insurance requirements and through our donor support the additional out of pocket expense is covered. But, we don't stop here. Now, we locate a horse therapy ranch and find the perfect horse for this particular child to ride. Then, we schedule a time for the lesson and eagerly wait to cheer this rider on. The last thing we do before we begin work with our next child is to present the family with a Bible.
