Texarkana Police Looking For Help in Identifying Fraud Suspect

The Texarkana Texas Police Department is asking for your assitance in identifying a suspect who used a stolen identification card to withdraw money from a victim's account.Authorities say this crime occurred at a local bank on the Texas side on September 3rd of this year. The card had allegedly been stolen at another location before being used at the bank.
