Texarkana Sears Location on List to Close

I just hate this. Another business in Texarkana is closing. We had heard a while back that Sears was going to close some stores across the country, but my hope was it would not include ours.

Earlier this year Sears announced they were going to close 180 stores. It was announced yesterday that more stores will be closing.

Unfortunately, the Texarkana Sears location will be closing. According to the website Business Insider 72 additional Sears and Kmart stores are closing across the country. The website goes on to say the stores will more than likely close by September.

The list of stores include Two Sears stores in Texas. Sherman, Texas and Texarkana. You can see the whole list of stores closing here.
