Texarkana Texas City Council Meets This Evening

The Texarkana Texas City Council meets this evening at 6 p.m. at City Hall.The council will consider authorizing the City Manager to enter into a construction agreement for Phase IV of the Texas A&M-Texarkana east approach roadway improvements.

They will also vote on banning the sell of e-cigarettes to minors and talk more about a possible digital billboard on Richmond Road.

The public is invited to attend the open portions of tonight's meeting.
