Want to be a part of something fun and entertaining? Color Fest 2016 will be held in Front Street Festival Plaza this Saturday, Nov. 5 from 9AM until 6PM.

The event presented by the Bobbie Arnold Atkinson Foundation starts with a 5K Color Fun Run at 8AM in downtown Texarkana. In addition, there will be an Art Auction by Joel Wright, Youth Art Contests (ages 10-18), poetry and short story contest (ages 14 and up). There will also be live art demonstrations with arts & crafts vendors and plenty of great food available too. Don't miss the art themed mini sessions by Helms Photography. Kids' Color Corral will featuring face painting, bounce houses, slides, a Magician, local mascots and more.

And if that's not enough how about live music from The Moss Brothers and Dylan Chambers of Oh My Blue Sky plus The Cage Rattlers.

Admission to Color Fest 2016 is $5 (13 and up) $2 (ages 5-12) Under 5 get in free. You can also purchase a family pass for $15 (good for a family of 5 or more) May not include more than 4 age 13 or over. Additional age 13 or over at Regular Price.
