Texas DPS Opens Bigger Office in Northeast Texas
The Texas DPS has opened a new office in Linden in Cass County.Texas Public Safety announces the opening of the new Linden Driver License Office. The office, which offers increased capacity and additional technology, replaces a smaller facility that was located nearby.
DLD Assistant Manager, Tim Smith said, “This space was ideal in that it met all ADA and safety/security concerns DL would have and provided a much better one-stop location for the residents of Cass County should they need additional documents like birth certificates or vehicle information as both are also located in the Linden area.”
The new office will have more space and be able to accommodate more customers with the addition of computer testing stations. Locating the new office in the county seat will provide Cass County Residents with a convenient location to conduct DPS business.
The Linden Office is located at 604 Highway 8 North, Linden 75563-0152 and replaces the previous location in Atlanta that closed in January. The office will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
