Texas School to Propose New Rule on Spanking [VIDEO] [POLL]

Tonight a Texas high school, near Fort Worth, will look at a new spanking regulation.

The new proposal would require spanking punishments to be given only by employees of the same gender as the student.
ABC News is reporting, This has all come about because Taylor Santos, student at Springtown High School, chose paddling as her punishment because she allowed a student to copy her homework.

The problem isn't about the paddling, it's about the bruising she suffered. Her mother along with other parents feel that a man is too strong to paddle a female student.

The day after her daughter's paddling, Jorgensen called the vice principal to complain, but was told it was "normal for her bottom to look like this after receiving swats." The vice principal added that he had no idea about the same gender swatting, Jorgensen said.
