The Christmas Chronicles Official Trailer [HD] Netflix - YouTube[/caption]How many iterations of Santa can be done? Apparently, Hollywood isn't quite finished yet because Kurt Russell does a bang-up job of playing the big guy in this Netflix exclusive.

We talked about it on the air Tuesday, who is/was your favorite Santa in movies or TV?

Lisa said hers was Edmund Gwin in the original 1947 version of "Miricle on 34th Street." I don't disagree, he was a terrific movie Santa. But I think I'm going to have to add Kurt Russell, of all people, into my top 5 Hollywood Santas.

Russell does a pretty great job in just about anything he does and his portrayal of Saint Nick is a lot of fun in this Netflix exclusive.

There are no real surprises here; kids accidentally see Santa, Christmas becomes endangered threatening the stability of the whole planet [of course] and must be saved. Kids help Santa save Christmas, and there is much fun along the way.

This is a family movie to be sure, but unless you're an angry ogre who hates Christmas, even adults will have fun with this one.

If you have Netflix, gather the family and give it go. If you don't have Netflix... yeah really, I don't know what to tell you, except go to a friends house that does.
