The ‘East Texas Taco Fest’ Is This Saturday, June 23 In Marshall, Texas [Worth The Drive]

I'm pretty familiar with Marshall, Texas as I have been driving through it for years headed south to visit my mom down in Houston. Marshall seems like a pretty neeto Texas town. Now, their stock just went because of the "East Texas Taco Fest" this Saturday, June 23. That sounds worth the drive.

If you didn't think to put this one on you calendar as I suggested a few weeks ago it's not too late. Follow your nose down Hwy 59 to Marshall Saturday for the inaugural East Texas Taco Fest. The air will be full of Mariachi music and the smell of delicious tacos of all kinds.

Entertainment, oh yes:

• Live Magic by Johnny Magic
• Lucha Libre Wrestling by Main Event
• Live music by the Marshall Tyler Band, Darrin Morris Band, Bluez Boyz, Karisia Hernandez and more!
• Car and Truck Show
• Bounce Houses
• Crafts and a lot more.

This is the first year of this event but it looks like they're building quite a success story for the first one.
