If you start now, you should have Carrie Underwoods legs by summer.

Ok, I can't make that promise, but if you start these workouts, there's a good chance you'll see results very quickly. At least, according to Carrie's trainer Erin Oprea.

Erin trains many celebrities and she loves sharing her secrets. She swears by lunges. She said, according to People Magazine, Carrie's legs are what people come to her for and the thing she believes is ultimately useful is the lunge.

She goes on to say that beginners can start with just a basic lunge of stepping forward, dropping that back knee and raising up. The advanced move is a jump lunge which will really work the legs and tone them up.

The other secret is to sneak in some lunges whenever you can.

“The whole world is our gym. At the airport, for instance, I take my jump rope. Let’s get our steps in. Why not keep active instead of just sitting? You don’t have to follow everyone else’s example.”
