The Show Must Go On

The show will go on for American Idol contestant Casey Abrams.
The singer, who made season 10's top 24 on Thursday's show, was reportedly hospitalized after suffering severe stomach pains last Wednesday but is now out of the hospital and hit the stage during Friday's taping of the top 12 men's performances, PEOPLE confirms.

On Tonight's episode, the top 12 men will perform – Casey Abrams (who pulled it together to perform Friday after being hospitalized for stomach pains), Jovany Barreto, Jordan Dorsey, James Durbin, Clint Jun Gamboa, Tim Halperin, Stefano Langone, Brett Loewenstern, Jacob Lusk, Scotty McCreedy, Paul McDonald and Robbie Rosen – take the new Idol stage to sing everything from heavy metal to R&B to country. It will be the first time this season that the contestants will sing before a live audience and for votes.

I personally think this American Idol cast is the most talented of all the seasons thus far. It's going to be very difficult to vote for your favorite guy and girl.
