Time Magazine is out with their choice for Person of The Year, and it's a repeat winner.President Barack Obama has been chosen by the magazine for the honor this year. This is the second time for Obama to be Time's Person of the Year. He first won the honor back in 2008, when he was elected the first African-American President.

The President won re-election last month despite the highest unemployment rate since the 1930's. The magazine says the President is creating a new political alignment of the ascendant young voters, millennials, and Hispanic Minorities.
