How, exactly, does this happen? In Maryland, a couple is watching the 11pm news when they see a picture of their three year old daughter on the screen with the anchor asking anyone who knows who the child's parents are to call the sheriff's office.

The official story is that the family had been attended a large birthday party and when they left thought the child, named harmony, had left with another relative. Apparently, she didn't. Police say she had left with a large group earlier, but turned and ran back inside after she had found another token. Employees noticed her when she asked one of them for a drink and after being unable to locate her parents contacted authorities.

 

No charges are expected to be filed. But should their be?
