Toronto Mayor Rob Ford Gets Drunk then Sounds Jamaican [VIDEO]

Rob Ford is a politician who's had a pretty tough go of things when it comes to PR, but the man's antics sure are entertaining to me.

This video is supposed to have been taken Monday night, in it Toronto Mayor Rob Ford appears to be intoxicated and mumbles incoherently at a fast-food restaurant in what appears to be a mix of drunken French Canadian and Jamaican Patois.
