TRAFFIC ALERT: Fatal Crash on Texarkana Loop Backing Up Traffic

The Texarkana Texas Police are asking motorist to avoid loop 151 near Westlawn Drive due to a fatal car accident. The loop is closed from Westlawn Drive going north.
