Treehouse Resorts – The New Wave In Travel Destinations
"You make me feel like I'm livin' a treehouse dream...let's run away and don't ever look back, don't ever look back..." Okay, so treehouse may not fit into Katy Perry's song as well as I had hoped. My bad.
Want to live out your dream of being Tarzan? Well, with all of these top of the line treehouses, you can! Did you know there are actual treehouse resorts? Yes, they are a real thing.
The Out'n'About Treesort (punny) in Oregon is now taking reservations. For as low as $120 a night all the way up to $300 a night, who wouldn't want to spend their vaca in a tree? I mean...I guess a beach just isn't good enough anymore.
I'm all about getting in touch with nature and stuff...but I really hate bugs. And nature. So count me out.
Let's just say you totally wanted to rent a little treehouse bungalow. The only problem is that you don't want to trek to Oregon to find it. Well that treehouse that could include queen size beds, kitchenettes and private decks is closer than you think.
When I say close, I mean our backyard. That's right y'all, you can stay in a treehouse right here in Arkansas! Of course you'll have to drive up to Eureka Springs...but it's worth it right?
The Grand Treehouse Resort in Eureka Springs, Ark. is extremely fancy. Fancy in a WiFi included, heated towel racks, flat screen TV kind of way. Or you could try out The Original Treehouse Cottages also in Eureka Springs, Ark. These places even do weddings!
Want to know even more good news? The rates up in Eureka Springs are a little more affordable than the ones in Oregon.

As for me? I'll continue vacationing at the beach, thanks.
