As you can see by the date on the trap cam footage this incident happened in December of 2013. The hunter claims he was just using a logging road to get to his hunting place, the land owner accuses him of illegally hunting on his property. Either way the paint used to mark the man was mighty incriminating, especially since it was permanent paint, and red.
