Remember that hour of sleep we lost back in March? We get it back this weekend! Actually, it's an extra hour to change our clocks. Why, oh why, do I have so many clocks and watches?

Daylight Savings Time ends officially at 2 a.m. Sunday morning. So before you go to sleep Saturday night set your clock back one hour. It's also a great time to change the batteries in your smoke alarms.

Remember the saying "Fall Back, Spring Forward", except if you live in Russia. They decided to stay in Daylight Savings Time this year. Those silly Russians! What are they gonna do in the spring?

So, yes remember we "Fall" back one hour this weekend. Otherwise, you'll be late for church Sunday morning...or would you be early? I get so confused!

What do you think about Daylight Savings Time? Should we just stay in Standard Time all year or follow in the Russians footsteps and stay Daylight Savings? Or do you like the change twice a year?

Personally, I love it the way it is. I look forward to changing our clocks in the Spring and Fall.  In the Spring, it reminds me of my childhood with longer days and more time to play!  Changing the clocks in the Fall signals to my internal clock that long cold winter nights are ahead and the holidays are just around the corner!
