Who Should Pay On A First Date? – Jim & Lisa Poll

We had a discussion on the morning show today about first dates and who should pay? What do you think?

What brought this on was a new survey out that says the majority of women now find it a turn off for the man to pay on the first date. results must be taken with a grain of salt because the survey was only 2500 people and all of them live in Great Britain.

That being said, it did open an interesting can of worms this morning on old stereotypes where the man pays every time. Is it OK for the woman to pay if she's the one that asked him out? When is it proper to go dutch? Is it ever proper for the woman to pick up the tab?
