Forty seven year-old Dawn Chadwick of England, lost about 300 pounds by eating pumpkin, a lot of pumpkin! She’s went from from 520 pounds to 220 pounds!
Her father grows pumpkins so she has a good supply.
“I love pumpkin, I could eat it all day,” she says. “If I get peckish, I will pick up a piece of cooked pumpkin instead of the naughty snacks I used to eat.
“I just love the taste of it. I eat it virtually every day. It’s so low in calories and fat that I can eat as much as I want. I’ll roast it, boil it, put it in casseroles or turn it into soup.
