WWE ‘Raw World Tour’ Coming to Texarkana August 12 [VIDEO/POLL]

Hey did you catch the WWE "No Way Out" pay-per-view Sunday night? Well, fans are calling it the best pay-per-view in years.The website GuySpeed seems to agree as well. That's right WWE presents "Raw World Tour" Sunday, August 12 at the Four States Fairgrounds Entertainment Center.
