Country star Billy Currington was indicted today (4/24) on charges of making terroristic threats against Charles Harvey Farrell. According to WSAV News in Savannah, Ga. the report states that Currington was not arrested after the incident in the waters off of Tybee Island along the Georgia shore. The terroristic threat charge alleges that Currington did “threaten to cause unlawful bodily harm to Charles Harvey Ferrelle … with the purpose of terrorizing the 65 year-od man. Both charges stem from an incident that allegedly occurred on his boat on April 15. Farrell claims Currington and the people on his boat were “flocking” to his docks located off the island.

In 2007 Currington entered a 30-day trauma recovery program to treat anger issues resulting from childhood abuse. According to the Tennessean he received follow-up treatment in Hawaii afterward.

Currington’s current single is ‘Hey Girl,’ from an upcoming album. He has 10 Top 10 hits, including six No. 1 songs and has sold millions of albums.
